Debt Recovery
We offer an efficient and cost effective means of recovering unpaid commercial invoices. Details of our fees for undisputed debts are set out below.

carrying out any necessary investigations such as Companies House checks
-
sending a letter of claim which may include additional claims for interest and compensation that you may be entitled to.
2. Issuing Court Proceedings
If payment is not made or an agreement is not reached with the debtor, you may wish to take further action. We can then prepare and issue court proceedings on your behalf. Our fixed fees for this work depend on the value of the debt claimed, as follows.

After receipt of judgment, we will write to the debtor requesting payment on your behalf. This, along with any chasing required, will be charged at our usual hourly rates.

4. Enforcement

If the debtor still fails to pay after judgment, we will advise on enforcement options, including:

-
High Court Enforcement Officers
-
County Court Bailiffs
-
Charging Orders
-
Attachment of Earnings
We will always guide you toward the most effective and commercially sensible enforcement method based on your circumstances.

Disputed Debts
If the debtor chooses to defend your claim we will act on your behalf and advise you on the possible costs involved and the best way of proceeding with the claim.
Alternatively if a claim has been made against you for a debt which you think you should not have to pay we can provide advice and representation in defending a claim.
The costs relating to a defended claim will vary depending on the complexity of the dispute.

Please note: the above noted court fees are subject to change and therefore may slightly differ from the amounts above.
