Catherine Montgomery
Catherine joined Macmillans in February 2026 and works part-time as part of our conveyancing team, assisting our conveyancing lawyers with a wide range of residential property matters.
She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive over 30 years ago before going on to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer. Catherine subsequently ran her own practice for several years and was also a director of a licensed conveyancing practice.
Before joining Macmillans, Catherine spent ten years working as a locum for firms throughout England. She brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience across all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Catherine is also a qualified teacher and archaeologist and trains archaeology apprentices throughout England. Having previously worked in the fitness industry for many years, she continues to enjoy an active lifestyle. In her spare time, her interests include yoga, dance, wild swimming and photography.
