We are not currently accepting instructions for:

 

  • new-build properties where the property forms part of a new large-scale housing development. We are still dealing with newly constructed properties from small independent developers and "one off" builders".

  • any transactions where the property is a flat within a building which is a "relevant building" for BSA purposes.
