Heather joined the Crown Prosecution Service in 1995 and in 2003 studied part time at Southampton Solent University for her LLB (Hons) and subsequently the Bar Vocational Course with BPP College of Law. Heather was called to the Bar in 2010 and continued to work as a Crown Prosecutor for the next five years until an opportunity arose to move to Cornwall in 2015. She joined our Private Client Department in 2022 as a non-practising Barrister.

In her spare time, Heather enjoys walking the coastal path with her dog and watching Rugby Union and Horse Trials.
